Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, maintain general ledger entries,
  • assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards,
  • monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of stock levels,
  • manage fixed assets register
  • oversee the timely shipment and receipt of goods, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure proper documentation for all logistical activities,
  • track orders from purchase to delivery, ensuring timely processing and resolving any discrepancies,
  • ensure compliance with all relevant financial, logistical, and regulatory requirements, and maintain proper documentation of all transactions,
  • liaise with internal departments (finance, operations, procurement) to ensure smooth coordination between accounting and logistics activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics,
  • minimum of 1 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role,
  • strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and logistics management,
  • proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is highly desirable,
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills,
  • fluent command of spoken and written English (i.e. level B2 or higher),
  • excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with different teams,
  • ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently,
  • problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
