- You are the first point of contact for all Billing related topics for both internal and external stakeholders- You ensure an effective and reliable billing process by delivering all related documents on time- You streamline and improve billing process- You respond to partner queries via e-mail and phone in a timely and professional manner- You monitor and control the status of accounts and balances by identifying inconsistencies- You support the accounting and finance team’s activities through report generation, booking and accounts control- You work together with and support the central billing and finance team in the Flixbus HQ to support and develop long lasting relationships with our partners
