Business Process Specialist (m/f)

- Implement and enhance BI reporting and analytic tools, streamlining automated reporting of multi countries- Participate in the S&OP process for Adriatic countries, collaborating closely with Adriatic finance team, logistics, market access and marketing departments while consolidating data and preparing insightful business performance outlook- Prepare data and information packages for Business Reviews with Cluster and Country visits- Handle monthly closing activities related to sales and costs- Analyze actual performance and provide insightful commentary with proposals- Assess resource allocation to ensure implementation of global strategies and maximize impact on the Adriatic market- Ensure all financial activities are completed timely and in compliance with Novartis policies, procedures, local laws and regulations.
