Job Description
We're now hiring an IT and BizTec Support Associate I to join our growing team. The primary role of this position is to support the technology ecosystem of Jitasa which includes the following: - Office IT
- Set up workstations for new employees.
- Track inventory of hardware and order new equipment as needed.
- Maintain hardware and troubleshoot hardware issues.
- BizTec Support Associate I Independently learn new applications and assist others with learning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve help desk tier 1 tickets associated with Jitasa applications as well as basic PC issues.
- Function as a liaison between end client users and Jitasa applications as needed.
- Execute application configuration tasks.
- Prioritize tasks and respond with a sense of urgency to serve internal employees.
- Comfortably host video calls and screenshare with users to resolve issues while communicating effectively.
- Capable of working independently, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and a methodical approach to problem identification and resolution.
- Ensure that processes and procedures are well documented and maintained.
- Above all, provide a superior experience to Jitasa employees and clients.

Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, accounting, finance, business, or other relevant field
- Work Experience: Ideally, 1-3 years of relevant, hands-on experience at a help desk.
Candidates should have experience (preferred, not required):
- Basic computer skills.
- Learning new technology and applications independently.
- Working with accounting systems and applications.
- Supporting and troubleshooting technology issues with end-users.
- Managing a variety of tasks with competing priorities and deadlines.
Skills (preferred, not required):
- Accounting system experience (any of QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Intacct, NetSuite, etc.).
- Natural ability to think several steps ahead and take proactive steps to address roadblocks and issues.
- A track record of being a team player and leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of accounting workflows.
- Ability to explain complex things simply.
- Demonstrated the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects to successful completion on time.
- Demonstrated the ability to work effectively with others, both internally and externally to achieve goals.
- Highly motivated, self-learner, and able to work independently.
- Sense of responsibility to tackle internal technological support tickets head-on and use creative problem solving and call on needed resources to see that all issues get resolved.
Technical Competencies: - Skilled in communicating remotely (via phone, teleconference, or email).
- Skilled in learning new technologies and systems.
- Skilled in the configuration of many different systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting errors and one-off situations in many different systems.
- Skilled at following workflows and processes for various systems.
- Strong abilities in intermediate to advanced Excel functions and experience formatting, mapping, and manipulating large databases methodically and effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting net salary approx. – 1270BAM (with meal and transportation allowance).

Schedule: - Generally, expect availability of 10-6, but extremely flexible 40-hour workweeks.
