Operations Manager (m/f/d)
Job advertisement: Operations Manager (m/f/d) for our mechanical engineering company
We are a production company with many years of experience in contract manufacturing for international customers and are looking for a dedicated Operations Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our team and contribute to the further optimization of our production processes.
Your tasks:
- Management and control of the entire operating area
- Ensuring that production targets are met, taking quality and efficiency into account
- Further development of employees through training and
- Implementation and monitoring of safety standards
- Continuous analysis and improvement of work processes
Your profile:
- Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar
- Several years of professional experience in a managerial position
- High level of expertise in the metalworking industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience in working with international customers
- Foreign language skills (German and/or English at level B2 or higher)
- High level of commitment and team orientation
