- Responsibility to prepare and organize projects to secure the best quality and meet the contractual schedule- Manage budget with Monitoring and controlling project costs to keep the project within the allocated budget- Prevent issues which may affect successful project performance. Identify, analyse, and mitigate risks that could impact the project’s success- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged
