Romanian Language Customer Support Agent (m/f)

Our team is seeking a Romanian Language Customer Support Agent (m/f) who is fluent in Croatian or English, with mandatory proficiency in Romanian as an additional language to:- Provide fast and quality-based support to potential and existing Aircash users via all available communication channels- Execute administrative tasks and coordinate interactions with users- Work in shifts (regular workdays, weekends, public holidays – according to the monthly working hour schedule)- Employment options: full time / student contract
