Industry process management software development team by Krajina Klas is looking for aspiring SCRUM Master to join the software development team.
The software we are developing is a world-class industry process management software and is already powering Krajina Klas to achieve significant savings and optimizations.
To finish the software and model it as a software product we are looking for a person who will be:
- Facilitating the Scrum process
- Helping resolving impediments
- Creating an environment conducive to team self-organization
- Capturing empirical data to adjust forecasts
- Shielding the team from external interference and distractions to keep it in group flow
- Enforcing timeboxes
- Keeping Scrum artifacts visible
- Promoting improved engineering practices
- Have a leadership role
Qualifications for this position are:
