The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in Bosnia and Herzegovina, within the framework of the project “Strengthening Institutional Capacity for Reforms and EU Integration in Bosnia and Herzegovina”, plans to conduct a procedure for selecting the most favorable bidder for the procurement, delivery, installation and commissioning of an integrated Audio-Visual Conference System for the Directorate for European Integration of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The procurement includes, inter alia, a digital conference system, wireless simultaneous interpretation system, automatic video speaker tracking, professional audio system, computer equipment, audio-visual infrastructure and associated equipment, as well as the installation, configuration, testing, commissioning and basic user training of the complete system.
In this regard, GIZ addresses all interested and authorized companies specialized in the supply, installation and servicing of professional audio-visual, conference and video-conferencing equipment and integrated AV systems in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Companies must fulfil the following eligibility criteria to be eligible for the opening of the financial offers and submit following:
1. Company name
2. Address and headquarters of the company
3. Self-declaration of eligibility to be completed in accordance with the template provided.
4. Certified decision on company registration in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
5. Registration and tax number
6. Annual turnover evidence (appropriate financial statements, bilans stanja i uspjeha) demonstrating a minimum average annual turnover of 20.000,00 EUR / 39.116,60 BAM net over the last three financial years.
7. Number of company employees – minimum 3 employees required.
8. Minimum 2 reference projects related to the subject of the procurement, namely the supply, installation and/or commissioning of professional audio-visual, conference, interpretation, hybrid meeting or integrated AV systems, implemented within the past three years indicated in the document Self-declaration of eligibility
9. Financial offer with and without VAT, prepared in accordance with the attached Technical Specification and stipulated quantities in a separate envelope.
The offered solution must be a complete and integrated system. The bidder shall be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, software, licences, interfaces, converters, cables, adapters, accessories and other components required for the complete functionality, integration and commissioning of the system, including integration with Microsoft Teams for hybrid meetings.
The procurement also includes the transport, installation, configuration, functional testing, commissioning, technical documentation and basic user training of the complete system, as specified in the Technical Specification.
