The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in Bosnia and Herzegovina, within the framework of the project "Sustainable Economic Development and Employment Promotion - EU4 Digital Transformation in Bosnia and Herzegovina (EU4DT)" co-financed by the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the European Union, plans to conduct a procedure for selecting the most favourable bidder for the assignment of Trainings of civil servants on digital transformation (Preparation of the training, Delivery of the trainings, Postimplementation/Post training activities reviewing the training process and final reporting.
All interested companies from the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina that are registered for performing activities in the field Consulting and/or capacity-building (training) services are hereby invited to submit a letter of expression of interest.
Subject of engagement:
- Design and delivery of training for civil servants in Bosnia and Herzegovina on eight digital-government topics: interoperability, user-centric e-services, the Digital ID Wallet, the Business Wallet, data protection (GDPR), EU funds for digitalisation, the EU AI Act, and cybersecurity (NIS2).
Interested companies should provide the following:
1. Legal entity registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina - extract from the court register.
2. Self-declaration of eligibility to be filled upon request.
3. In the case of a tenderer consortium, a joint declaration by all consortium members and leader is required.
4. Evidence of average annual turnover (Bilans stanja - uspjeha): a minimum of EUR 25.000,00 or 48,895,75 BAM net per year, on average, over the past three financial years.
5. Number of employees: minimum of 5 in each of the past three years-evidence from the tax authority.
6. At least 1 reference projects in BiH (with minimum commission value 25.000,00 EUR or 48,895,75 BAM) in the technical fields of Consulting and/or capacity-building (training) services in the field of digital transformation), with a short description of each project, the implementation period, and the client’s contact details, carried out in the past 3 years.
